We operate a Unique eco-friendly fish farm, located just north of Winnipeg Manitoba in the heart of the Canadian prairies. Our indoor facility operates year round, providing diversity and employment in a rural area, while practicing a sustainable agriculture initiative in our province.

 

Through the use of advanced and sound management practices, we produce an exceptional product that is free of preservatives or additives. Raised without chemical intervention or the use of antibiotics, our Arctic char grow in free flowing waters obtained from deep underground sources. This water source and a carefully conducted security plan, allows us to grow fish under the healthiest possible conditions.

 

Our Arctic char are a flavourful treat that is deliciously delicate to the pallet.

 

Arctic char, long known as an exotic northern fish, are sought after by the most discerning chefs and the most avid of Anglers.
